Building sanOmni: a digital home for lasting work

On a crowded internet, adding more products and features can obscure what makes a tool useful.

sanOmni is my digital home and the center of my personal brand. It follows three principles.

1. Turn ideas into products

Ideas are easy to collect. Turning them into useful, reusable digital assets takes sustained work. Whether it is prompt assets in sanPrompt or the local-to-cloud data pipeline in sanOmniSyncServer, the goal is to keep delivering dependable products.

2. Put structure first

Good software can feel like a carefully typeset magazine: angular forms, warm ivory surfaces, clear boundaries, and accessible motion. The interface should leave room for the work instead of interrupting it with marketing pop-ups.

3. Build for long-term maintenance

A static-first architecture and file-based content help keep maintenance manageable. Content belongs in Git; transactions belong in the data layer. The aim is a lightweight site that remains fast and understandable years from now.

The exploration is just beginning.
